Chuck Fager, Editor of Quaker Theology, is Director of Quaker House in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Jeanne-Henriette Louis is a retired professor of American Studies, and Clerk of France yearly Meeting. She lives in Paris.

David Zarembka is a member of Bethesda (MD) Friends Meeting, but is sojourning at Lumakanda Friends Church in Kenya where he is currently living with his wife, Gladys Kamonya. Since 1998 he has been the coordinator of the African Great Lakes Initiative of the Friends Peace Teams. His article is a chapter in his forthcoming book, Reflections on a Peace of Africa: Life in the Great Lakes Region.
