About the Contributors

Chuck Fager is Editor of Quaker Theology. He was also Co-Clerk of the 2001 Quaker Peace Roundtable. His newest book is The Harlot’s Bible: Quaker Essays, forthcoming from Kimo Press.

Thomas Finger, Mennonite World Conference, author of Christian Theology: An Eschatological Approach (Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 1985) and Self, Earth & Society: Alienation & Trinitarian Transformation (Downers Grove, IL: Intervarsity Press, 1997) is currently engaged in writing a contemporary theology in Anabaptist perspective.

Jeffrey Gros, FSC is Associate Director, Secretariat for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs, United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. He is a prolific writer and speaker on ecumenical issues and co-editor of The Fragmentation of the Church and Its Unity in Peacemaking (Grand Rapids: Eerdmans, 2000).

Dana Kester-McCabe lives in Bishopville, Maryland, where she is a member of Wicomico Monthly Meeting. A graphic designer and website manager, she was also a participant in the Quaker Theology Seminar in First Month (January) 2001.

Ron Mock directs the Center for Peace Learning at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. He teaches political science and peace studies, as well as the intensified studies seminar for honors students. His essay was originally a presentation at the 2001 Quaker Peace Roundtable.

Ann K. Riggs is Associate Editor of Quaker Theology, and is on the staff of the Secretariat for Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs, United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. She is slated to be a featured plenary speaker at the 2001 Friends General Conference Gathering in Blacksburg, Virginia.
